You are an original thinker, who is able to communicate strategically-led ideas and direction clearly throughout the creative process both internally and externally, without losing sight of the original brief and goals.

Able to quickly identify great ideas and direct them through to beautifully crafted solutions.

Someone with an authentic personality and a natural desire to progress the business and people around you. An inspiration and mentor to less experienced team members and a level head under pressure.

The agility to be both hands-on designing when needed, coupled with a nurturing ability to direct teams of designers to successful outcomes.

Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years' agency experience in the design industry and a portfolio with an emphasis on identity design. You will have experience directing creative workflow, instructing colleagues to meet a creative brief, and be able to inspire your colleagues.

A doer and a thinker, you can lead projects independently but are generous and happy to share your learnings with others and be part of a tight-knit team.

This is a senior role working alongside the Creative Director to inspire and manage design projects for global, high-profile brands.

Compensation dependent on experience.
