We want to redefine what it means to be a hospitality design studio.

For us, this process sparks a mindset shift beyond that of a traditional design studio, igniting our entrepreneurial spirit and deepening the sense of empathy we have for those we work with.

Over the past decade, we’ve cut our teeth working with some of the world’s most recognizable hospitality brands in Europe and across the United States, including Marriott, the World’s Best Bar, and several Michelin Star restaurants. We’ve also worked with neighborhood pizza shops, artisan bakehouses and everything in between, gaining invaluable experience that we then bring to our own ventures.

We use this collective experience and expertise to aid in us reimagining the future of hospitality — creating, developing, and operating our own brands and concepts in select cities across the globe.

Neighbourhood Café

Neighbourhood focuses on speciality coffee, a quality brunch offering and uniquely warm customer service.

Located in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, Neighbourhood serves as a new hangout for the thousands of students, commuters and coffee enthusiasts that pass through this area of the city each day.

We opened Neighbourhood Café in the Fall of 2021 with our partner Oisin McEvoy.

The Toast Office

Amazing grilled cheese sandwiches with queues around the block.

As our first viral brand. The Toast Office takes the Grilled Cheese sandwich so beloved around the world and takes it to a new level with a Michelin-trained chef as operator.

Winner of prestigious design awards Restaurant & Bar Design Awards as well as the IDI Awards.

Toast Office has also been widely recognized in international press including Condé Nast Traveller & The Guardian.

Hill Street Hatch

A hospitality incubator that reimagined the future of hospitality in Northern Ireland.

12 months - 8 concepts - 11000+ customers - 1 little hatch.

Removing the extra orbital barriers to entry, we de-risk and incubate hospitality concepts that enable the finest grassroots culinary talent to hatch their big idea and experience what it is like to be an operator.
